PI DAY OBSERVATIONS

It's that season (again) when YouTube sees an uptick in videos on the Day of our Blessed Hope...and why not? You can't be a watchman on the wall if you're not looking, eh? It's a mixed bag of ideas and opinions. At best, each one of us look at the data at hand, prayerfully search Scripture, and listen for the leading of the Holy Spirit as we see the Day approaching. I look in earnest and with great enthusiasm for the Day of days and the coming of our Lord Jesus on the clouds, but will tell you up front -- I don't expect His return on the clouds, the harpazo, the resurrection/rapture, will be this Purim or even this Spring. Pi-Day is Friday, March 14, the same day as the next blood moon eclipse over the Americas. It also happens to be Purim on the Hebrew civil calendar which is Adar 27 (wink?) on the Essene calendar, and the day some consider a high watch day.
Why don't I believe that we will go Home on Pi Day? The day/event presents more a sign than it does the Day for one thing and it also is out of sync with the feasts for fulfillment. It also doesn't reverberate with Scripture (IMHO) for the resurrection/rapture as well as other dates do later in the year (all of which are future topic of this website). All that said, I see a warning sign that has everything to do with the woman (Jerusalem/Israel), the dragon (Mars/Roman god of war), and their location in the heavens on that night.
This blood moon will be an Americas event being all of Canada, Mexico and the continental United States. Added to that, all of Central America and half of South America will be directly under the glow of the blood moon. From the Arctic Ocean to Antarctica the moon will fail to shine brightly for about an hour. Where will the moon be in the skies at that time? The blood moon will crown, anoint if you will, the constellation Virgo; the woman of the Revelation 12 Sign. Is she seen here in peace or in a time of trial? Trial and tribulation it would seem! What about the other planets, where are they? Mars, named for the Roman god of war, will be the only visible planet at the time of totality. The red planet will be in the constellation Gemini, the twins, perhaps emblematic of the nations, and found over the twin to the left called Pollux. Could this be a warning message?
What does Scripture say?
"Before him will be gathered all the nations, and
he will separate the people one from another as
a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats."
"And he will place the sheep on his right, but the
goats on the left."

Purim is a time of celebration for both observant and secular Jews. The victory memorialized in the Book of Esther of the Jewish people over their adversaries is a time to celebrate, some party, and exchange gifts. Esther tells the story of a time of conflict and enmity against Israel. A time of mortal trouble that G-D delivered her from; not unlike the coming time of trouble known as Jacob's Trouble. If you've been keeping up on the location of the planets, you will know that Jupiter has been prominent in the skies. You can't miss it, BUT, Jupiter, the man-child of the woman of Revelation 12, will have set by the time totality comes. Jupiter will be "hidden" below the horizon, and nestled deep in the horns of Taurus the bull, far away, and nowhere to be found near the woman.
But wait, why such a Jewish message over the Americas?
It *may* be due to the fact that there are two (2) major blood moons in 2025. One over the Americas, home to the largest Jewish population outside of Israel, and the other this fall over Israel itself. Hidden is the man-child (Jupiter) which fits into the narrative of Jacob's trouble. The Restrainer, the Church, will be removed before she is carried by G-D into the wilderness. Removed before the dragon can devour the man-child. Given that the stars pour forth speech it is my humble observation that this is a sign and not the Day we are looking for. The Day is yet to come, but I don't believe we have long to wait. The wait has everything to do with those who walk the narrow path and enter by the narrow gate. A doorway that will be opened at the midnight hour on what I believe will be the Day of days. The Day of the Lord.
Remember, the right-hand, in Jewish thought and tradition, is the side of grace, mercy and forgiveness. The left-hand is the side of fire, strict judgment and suffering. On which twin is Mars, the Roman god of war, found on the night of the Purim (Pi Day) blood moon? The dragon, Mars, is on the twin to the left -- on Pollux. Between that and the fact that this happens on Pi Day, a number which represents eternity as it has no known final decimal value, it's enough to make me go, "Hmmmm".
*IF* this is a warning, and we know God gives warnings before He acts, then the message should be clear to those of us who claim His Name and keep the faith. It is our high calling and mission, as the body of Christ, to share the good news we've been given of His first coming to those who are far, far away from Him, "the nones and dones". To share, AND SHOW, the unconditional and undying love of God, and the gift of eternal life with Him, offered through the substitutionary death of His Son Christ Jesus. To share the good news that Jesus of Nazareth was born the Son of God -- that He lived a sinless life, suffered death on the cross, was buried and rose again on the third day; that we who, by faith, believe in the Name of Jesus and accept God's offer of forgiveness through Christ may dwell with Him forever in glory. Jesus paid the price of our admission to dwell in the presence of the most holy and high God. He is, I AM, the Holy One of Israel, the G-D of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Adonai. Creator of the universe and LORD of all.

WALK THE NARROW PATH AND ENTER BY THE NARROW GATE
Yes, it's been a minute since my last update. The lapse has not been due to a lack of desire or topics to share and discuss, but rather a function of time and the lack thereof. God hears and answers all prayers; often in unexpected ways and in our case it was in sad, yet wonderful, and unexpected ways -- ways that have opened the doors to new ministry and a new beginning. We are in a season of renewal, a season of replanting and sowing in new fields. These changes have given me time that I didn't have before to compose and share the latest findings of my calendar studies for 2025.

BASIC MODEL OF DANIEL'S 70TH WEEK
We all need personal time with God. Time alone with our heavenly Father in His Word. Exactly what that looks like will vary from person-to-person but in the end it's time well spent! Part of my quiet time (QT) is spent building Scriptural models. One of the reasons for establishing this website was as a place to share and serve my study models for those interested. It seems fitting that the first of those models are what I call a basic model of the 70th week. The following model is a legacy model for a 2031 Second Coming and had the beginning of D70W in 2024 thus is no longer in play. I'm keeping it here as a reminder that we don't (yet) have the answers concerning the timing of His Coming, but we can find benefit from what we have learned thus far. Maybe you can expand on it in your personal studies?

We are introduced to the seventy weeks via (Daniel 9) where the angel Gabriel tells Daniel,
24 "Seventy weeks are decreed about
your people and your holy city, to finish
the transgression, to put an end to sin,
and to atone for iniquity, to bring in
everlasting righteousness, to seal both
vision and prophet, and to anoint a most
holy place."
(Daniel 9:24 ESV)
If you're new to studying eschatology and these concepts are unfamiliar you'll want to do a personal study on these points as they are key to understanding the days we live in. Time prohibts me diving right into teaching the seventy weeks so I will confine this post to Daniel's 70th week or what I call (D70W) for short. D70W overlays the end of the age - that's the end of the Church Age; the two thousand years since the sending of the Church. (Two thousand years since Jesus issued the Great Commission!) If the Church Age is 2,000 years and the end of the age heralds the Millennial Kingdom then D70W ends with the beginning of the Kingdom and begins seven years earlier -- or to put it in simple terms,
Church Age - D70W = Beginning of D70W ...or... 2,000 years - 7 years = 1,993 years
So somewhere around 1,993 years after the beginning of the age should be the beginning of D70W. (Give or take!)
BIBLICAL DAY COUNTS
The Bible offers us some important day counts that, on the surface, are cryptic and confusing which include,
- One week (Daniel 9:27)
- 1,290 days (Daniel 12:11)
- 1,335 days (Daniel 12:12)
- 1,260 days (Revelation 11:3)
Again, I will have to leave the discussion of what these days are to another day. Right now my focus is on the model and what it is built upon with the question asked, how do these days line up together? How do they form the last week of Daniel?
The key to this model is two fold,
- The last week spans 2,550 days (1,290 days + 1,260 days) AND two counts of 1,260 days encapsulated in the 2,550 days
- The end of the model is based on the 1,335th day of (Daniel 12:12) or 1,290 days + 1,335 days
Thus the 1,335th day, the last day of the model, is the key to the whole thing. Why? Because, Daniel was told by Gabriel,
12 "Blessed is he who waits and
arrives at the 1,335 days."

Remember, "blessedness" is "happiness". They are the same things. Being blessed is being happy. They are literally the same meaning! Therefore, the one who waits, meaning arrives at, the 1,335th day, or last day, will be blessed/happy. When is that day? Model building provides a clue.
Who, then, is waiting?
In earthly terms it is the chosen elect, the woman of (Revelation 12), the remnant of Israel!
I have found that the day count from a midpoint of Pesach (Passover) to the first candle lighting on Hanukkah I equals 1,335 days. If the time from the beginning to the "end of these wonders" (Daniel 12:6), which is when the daily sacrifice is taken away (Daniel 12:11), is 1,290 days, then the day of happiness is 1,335 days later at the end of waiting. Thus, the last day of this calendar model is pegged to Hanukkah I and the rest of the dates flow from the end to the beginning. If the beginning starts with Yom Teruah, Feast of Trumpets, then it is considered a valid model and potential candidate for further study. If Yom Teruah falls before the 2,550 days begin then that model is considered "out of range" and not candidate for further study.
The model, as I call it, is actually a study of a couple of candidate years for the Second Coming. These years are based on the 80 prophetic years given by Moses in (Psalm 90). The years studied are 2031-2035.
The model suggests the following structures,
1,290 days + 1,260 days = 2,550 days or one week; the last seven years of the 70 years
1,290 days + 1,335 days = 2,625 days or the total time beginning to the blessed end
1,260 days + 1,260 days = 2,520 days or the last week of years (seven years of 360 day/prophetic years)
1,260 days + 1,290 days = 2,550 days yet another expression of the last week
...and...
1,260 days / 30 days/month = 42 months
...and those 42 months are equal to the time given John that the Gentiles, "will trample the holy city". We also see this period of time as a "times, time and half a time" or 3-1/2 years. The model begins with a count of 1,290 days which begins these wonders as Daniel puts it. The 1,260 days begins 30 days later with both ending at the mid-point of the model. (The Abomination of Desolation). That is followed by the 1,335 days to end at Hanukkah I which literally celebrates the rededication of the Temple -- which in this case appears to be the rededication of the third Temple after having been descirated by the AC.
THE TWO WITNESSES, HARPAZO & SECOND WOE
John informs us that the two witnesses will have an earthly ministry in Jerusalem of 1,260 days. (Revelation 11:3) That's 3-1/2, 42 months or a times, time and half a time. After the end of their witness they will be struck dead and lay in the streets for 3-1/2 days. (Revelation 11:9) This will be a time that the lost exchange gifts. (Revelation 11:10) Hmmm, is that a hint? A hint as to when they are killed? When, in Israel, is a time of gift giving? A time that even secular Jews celebrate? Party?!
That's Purim!
Then, HARPAZO!!!
The two are raised to life and taken just as the Church had been taken years before -- followed by a devastating and deadly earthquake. This is the Second Woe! (Revelation 11:14)
If the model aligns the death of the two witnesses at the end of Purim we have a potential match! (That's the first 1,260 days). Thirty days later should be the middle of Pesach (Passover) which begins the second count of 42 months aligning with the reign of the AC. Subtract 1,260 days from the death/harpazo of the two witnesses and you have a candidate date for the beginning of the 70th week...the beginning of these wonders. You may also note that the opening 1,290 days ends at the beginning of the 42 months of the AC. This is when the daily sacrifice is taken away and the temple desecrated.
Put it all together and what year(s) appear(s) candidate(s) for the Glorious Second Coming of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ? Take a look and decide for yourself! If the Spirit says you should look into this for yourself; prayerfully take what I've started and run with it to see what you come up with!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use either of these packages to view and edit these files for your own study. AN OBSERVATION: BETHLEHEM STAR, 2024
The following is not all that I would like it to be at the moment, so please consider these as quick notes as I deal with the time constrains of my current schedule. As much as I would like fully fleshed-out ideas and concepts it will have to suffice that I get in what I can and when I can. All but for the Grace of God! So please check-in to see what updates have been added. This site will never be more than a work-in-progress.
1 The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
2 Day to day pours out speech, and
night to night reveals knowledge.
3 There is no speech, nor are there
words, whose voice is not heard.

The adjacent image is a raw screenshot taken with Sky Guide 10.6 from 31 degrees 45' 52.3" N, 35 degrees 14' 03.2" E in the Temple Mount area and details the skies over Jerusalem on the morning of Thursday, May 23, 2024. That's Iyyar 15, 5784 per the Civil calendar or Sivan 5, 5949 per the Essene calendar. The time of this observation is 11:11 AM local time.
The principle objects in this celestial event are the Pleiades, the Sun, Venus and Jupiter (unlabeled and seen abreast of Venus). The event is a daytime event and thus not visible to the naked eye although all of these objects are easily seen without aid on a clear night. The yellow line across the screen is the plane of the ecliptic as it crosses the constellation Taurus. The Pleiades (M45) is an open star cluster dominated by seven bright members that lends to the common name of the Seven Sisters. We find the Pleiades in Scripture at (Job 9:9), (Job 38:31) and (Amos 5:8). We also find a potential parallel to the Seven Sisters in the seven stars of first chapter of Revelation,
20 As for the mystery of the seven stars
that you saw in my right hand, and the seven
golden lampstands, the seven stars are the
angels of the seven churches, and the
seven lampstands are the seven churches.

If we consider the second heaven as a reflection of the third heaven with the Sun the throne of God, Venus the bright morning star and Jupiter the man-child of (Revelation 12) a familiar scene comes into view. Christ Himself tells us that He is the bright morning star,
"I, Jesus, have sent my angel to
testify to you about these things
for the churches. I am the root and
the descendant of David, the bright
morning star."

The fourth object in this star story is the king planet Jupiter. Many will recognize Jupiter as the man-child of the woman given in (Revelation 12) - a discussion beyond the scope of this post. For those who have been following the progress of Jupiter since it last entered the womb of Virgo spending nine months until the time of the Great Sign of (Revelation 12) was complete; here you will recognize the head (Jesus) joined to His body (His Church/man-child) via the conjunction of Venus (bright morning star) and Jupiter (the king planet).
The letters to the churches given in the first chapters of the Revelation provide one more scene potentially reflected in this observation,
21 "'The one who conquers, I will grant
him to sit with me on my throne, as I
also conquered and sat down with my
Father on his throne.'"

Does this scene seem familiar? If so, where?
I'm not being dogmatic about it but I wonder if this may be a reflection of the scene given us through John,
12 Then I turned to see the voice that
was speaking to me, and on turning
I saw seven golden lampstands,
13 and in the midst of the lampstands
one like a son of man, clothed with a
long robe and with a golden sash
around his chest.

All tolled, it's enough to make me go "Hmmm..."
Why am I sharing this? What's the point?

BETHLEHEM STAR, 2024: UPDATE
Thank you, Jesus, for some quiet time to update the site!
Here are some additional observations (in no particular order) surrounding the coming bright morning, Bethlehem, star event,
- 5/23 is a full moon; 4:53 PM (IDT) in Jerusalem
- 5/23 falls on Sivan 5 (Omer Day 40) per the Essene calendar
- 5/23 falls on Iyar 15 (Omer Day 30) per the Civil calendar
- Civil Iyar 15 (Omer Day 30) is the day the Matzah was depleted in 1313 BC during the Exodus
- 80 months (2,434 days) since the Great Sign (9/23/2017)
- 6-years, 8-months since the Great Sign (9/23/2017); 86 is the number of the Name "Elohim"
- 30-days from the expected sacrifice of the red heifer(s) on Pesach
- 50-days since Essene Pesach (First Seder)
- 120-days to Yom Kippur (Essene)
- The event occurs over 11:11 AM local time in Jerusalem
- Sunrise in Jerusalem at 5:37 AM, sunset is at 7:34 PM (numbers almost inversed)
- 5/23 is 32-weeks, 5-days since (10/7/24); the beginning of the Israel/Hamas war (numbers are inversed)
- 5/23 is 7-months, 16-days since (10/7/24); Strong's (G716) is "harma", a chariot
- Earth and full moon will be in the constellation Scorpius when viewed from Jupiter; animal symbol of the tribe of Dan
Some additional notes on the depletion of matzah in 1313 BC "might" include these concepts of "completion",
...the fullness of the Matzah is reached; no more will be given by God
...the end of a season; a transition to a new time/season/land
...the time to cross-over/transit/traverse
Could these be shadows of a candidate high watch day? The Day of our Blessed Hope?
Those of you new to these studies may not see the connections, but if you've been digging on this topic and been face first in your Bible then most of this will resonate with you.

Tis the season for New Year's resolutions and I can't think of a better one than this Linux/Mac/PC friendly, desktop wallpaper featuring the Great Commission. With Christmas behind us, Eastern Orthodox notwithstanding, what better way to remember that Jesus (God) is with us (Emmanuel) than the Great Commission,
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,
baptising them in the name of the Father and of
the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to
observe all that I have commanded you. And behold,
I am with you always, to the end of the age."

The Great Commission reminds me of Emmanuel. Not just because Jesus said these words but in light of the fact that Jesus IS Emmanuel, the name that means "God with us". For me, this amplifies AND exemplifies Jesus' promises. "I am [God] with you [us]" or, "God is with us!"; AND that Jesus (Emmanuel) promises to be with us! [Emphasis mine].
I can't help but geek-out!!
How long will Jesus be with us? Jesus will be with us until the end of the age. When is that you ask? The end of the age is the end of the Church age or two-thousand years since the time of Christ's earthly ministry. When, exactly, is that? The end of the age is when the fullness of the Gentiles comes in. We also know that day as the Day of our Blessed Hope. The Day when Christ comes on the clouds and the host of heaven takes us Home. That event is known as the harpazo but better known as the Rapture! (1 Corinthians 15:22-23) and (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18)
When is the Rapture? That's a topic that is beyond the scope of this post but wholly in line with the purpose of this website! Stay tuned as, LORD willing, there will be much more to come!
